Todays daily food intake… I said last week, after I did a sneaky weigh in on Sunday and realised I’d gained weight that I wasn’t going to do anymore sneaky weigh ins. Beginning to hate weigh ins

Today’s daily food intake… Weigh in day Previous weight: 106.8kg. I don’t know if I’ve mentioned this yet, but I have signed up again for 12 Week Body Transformation program.
