Had to push myself to go to the gym this afternoon. We had a farewell do at work this afternoon and out came the Arnotts biscuits. I admit, I caved. Today I had lunch with a friend I haven’t seen in a while. We went to a little eatery near work, and the menu was full of rich pasta dishes and crusty breads and bad bad bad food. So today was weigh day. I actually managed to lose 600gm this week, which was a complete and utter surprise to me and I have to say I was pretty thrilled that I lost that, as I was pretty sure that I was going to gain. I admit I have been very very slack with the exercise this week. I feel as if I have been fighting off a flu, feeling very rundown and generally off colour.
