12WBT day eighteen – Slacking off with exercise

I admit I have been very very slack with the exercise this week. I feel as if I have been fighting off a flu, feeling very rundown and generally off colour. I’ve been trying to keep up with the healthy eating, and have succeeded pretty well, though this evening I did splash out and buy some Darrel Lea licorice and I had two pieces of that. So I have gone about 5 calories over my 1200 today which I’m comfortable with. Having a very bad unmotivated want to quit day today.

On another note, we are going camping tomorrow so I won’t be updating until next Wednesday or possibly Thursday. But daily stats for today:

Your callorie layout is awesome. It’s a good way to look at it all.

    What does BMR stand for?
I’m guessing it’s the calories the body uses in a day. How do you calculate it?

I stopped my food diary at the moment, I think I’m going to restart it today – using your layout. ^_^

Hi Action Wolfe, sorry for the late reply, I’ve been away. But I’m back now woohoo. BMR stands for my Basal Metabolic Rate and yes it’s the calories that the body uses every day without doing any exercise and I find that the easiest way to work it out is to go to Michelle Bridges website and she has the tools on there that work it out for you. (http://www.michellebridges.com.au)

Thank you for the encouragement Gretchen, I have found this past week harder than I have found the program in total so far. Really did get into a comfort zone and rather blase and thinking it was all going to be a breeze. It really isn’t *sigh* But I’m determined!! 🙂
