Bless me internet for I have sinned. In the last week I have had the following:
- Big Mac and fries
- A cadbury’s chocolate nut bar
- A whopper with extra cheese and fries
- Chicken Parmigiana
- A cabury Boost bar
- Lots of Vodka
- Not a whole hell of a lot of fruit
Considering that today is weigh day, I’m pretty sure that I have gained weight this week and I can see myself not being in double numbers anymore *sigh*. Do I regret this last week? Yes. Will I do this again? Probably. Will I hate myself when I do this again? Yes. Will that in reality stop me though? Very doubtful. So keeping all that in mind, please let my punishment be light…..
