My sins in a blowout week

Bless me internet for I have sinned.  In the last week I have had the following:

  • Big Mac and fries
  • A cadbury’s chocolate nut bar
  • A whopper with extra cheese and fries
  • Chicken Parmigiana
  • A cabury Boost bar
  • Lots of Vodka
  • Not a whole hell of a lot of fruit

Considering that today is weigh day, I’m pretty sure that I have gained weight this week and I can see myself not being in double numbers anymore *sigh*.  Do I regret this last week?  Yes.  Will I do this again?  Probably.  Will I hate myself when I do this again?  Yes. Will that in reality stop me though? Very doubtful.  So keeping all that in mind, please let my punishment be light…..
