12WBT day fourteen – good start to a great week

Had a great day today. Back to work (YUCK) but my food choices have been good. Had yummy beetroot soup for lunch, which I could pretty much live on (I’m addicted to the stuff) and my lamb cutlets for dinner. I have to admit that I’m a little peckish tonight. I have PMS and I am craving sweet things. I’m trying to overcome it, but I think I might cave and have another of the Weight Watchers Cherry Bakewells that I have sitting in the cupboard.

On another note, my fitness is definitely improving. I went for my lunchtime walk today and really had to struggle to get my heart rate up. If I was to get it any higher I would have to jog and as much as I want to get the exercise in, I refuse to jog and get THAT sweaty when I have to go back to the office afterwards.

So looking forward to the week ahead. I can’t believe there are only 10 weeks left of the program. I need to lose 7.9kg in these 10 weeks to reach my goal. Here’s hoping I do it. So stats for the day:
