My commitment is to lose 19.6kg over the 12WBT program and to increase my fitness, by exercising 6 days a week. I will complete the C25K program (or the Run Fat B!tch Run program – undecided which still) and to be swimming 2km in 60 minutes by the end of the 12 weeks. I am committed to do the work to get me there.

February 6, 2012 at 1:43 pmHi Judy, I’m part of that 1 Million Kilo challenge also 🙂 I might see you hanging around there (I really need to get back and update my stats lol) Blogging about my weight loss has really helped me I think. It helps keep me honest and when I hear about other people doing it I know I’m not alone and that also helps to keep me going 🙂
Hi Trudy, how are you going with C25K, did you have to repeat any of the weeks?
